📋 Description

• Responsible for a judicial portfolio in consumer and civil matters; • Drafting all pleadings and filings for the portfolio; • Negotiating settlements; • Updating the firm’s and client’s systems; • Monitoring case progress and court deadlines; • Performing other routine portfolio activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Active OAB/SP registration; • Law degree (complete); postgraduate specialization in the field preferred; • Knowledge of Consumer and Civil Law; • Experience with Civil Procedure (mandatory); • Strong writing skills and analytical reasoning are essential; • Ability to work well in a team; • Good communication skills and professional demeanor; • Ability to handle high volumes of work and urgent demands; • Oral and written communication skills; • Dependable attendance and punctuality.
