📋 Description

• Responsible for a consumer and civil litigation caseload; • Drafting all pleadings and filings for the caseload; • Negotiating settlements; • Updating the firm’s and client’s systems; • Case monitoring and follow-up; • Other routine tasks related to the caseload.

🎯 Requirements

• Active OAB/SP (São Paulo Bar Association) registration; • Law degree (complete); postgraduate studies in the field of practice desirable; • Knowledge of Consumer and Civil Law; • Experience with Civil Procedure (mandatory); • Strong writing and reasoning skills are essential; • Ability to work well in a team; • Good communication and professional demeanor; • Ability to manage high volumes and urgent demands; • Oral and written communication skills; • Regular attendance and reliability.
