📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate medium- and high-complexity private contracts, focusing on service agreements, technology contracts, supply and equipment contracts, strategic supplier agreements, and corporate contracts in general; • Lead contract negotiations with domestic and international suppliers, balancing mitigation of legal risks with commercial viability for the business; • Act as a consultative partner to internal teams, supporting the structuring of legal solutions and decision-making; • Review contracts in Portuguese and English, especially in negotiations involving multinational companies; • Work cross-functionally with various stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business needs and legal considerations; • Provide technical support to the Contracts team, contributing to standardization, continuous process improvement, and the development of the area; • Use Artificial Intelligence tools for contract review, process optimization, and productivity gains.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Law and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); • Proven experience with private contracts and contract negotiation; • Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating service, technology, supply, and corporate contracts; • Experience in a consultative (Business Partner) role with business units; • Intermediate to advanced English for reading, analyzing, and reviewing contracts; • Technical, collaborative, flexible, and solution-oriented profile; • Strong communication skills, autonomy, and confidence to conduct negotiations and interact with various stakeholders; • Interest or experience in applying Artificial Intelligence in legal work; • Knowledge of Harvey or other AI tools applied to the legal field will be considered a plus.

• Hybrid (3 days on-site per week) • Contract duration: 6 (six) months, with possibility of renewal • Contract model: Associate (requires active OAB registration)
