📋 Description

• Identify and track procedural deadlines, accurately recording dates for filing defenses, appeals, submissions and compliance with court decisions; • Read and interpret publications, summons and court decisions, directing the necessary actions for each case; • Relay important information to teams, keeping them updated on the progress of cases and outstanding matters; • Act to prevent procedural risks, avoiding missed deadlines and potential harm to the case; • Maintain organization and updates of internal controls, systems and reports related to publications and procedural deadlines; • Perform other routine team activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Active OAB/SP license; • Law degree (complete); postgraduate specialization in the area of practice is desirable; • Solid knowledge of labor procedure/labor law; • Experience in labor/employment law; • Previous experience in high-volume work environments; • Strong writing skills and reasoning are essential; • Ability to work well in a team; • Good communication and professional demeanor; • Ability to manage large volumes of work and urgent demands; • Oral and written communication skills; • Reliability and consistent attendance; • Advantage: experience working at a Legal Desk.
