📋 Description

• Responsible for a litigation portfolio in consumer law and civil matters; • Ability to manage a high volume of cases; • Drafting all pleadings and procedural documents for the portfolio; • Updating the firm’s and the client’s case management systems; • Monitoring case progress and procedural follow-up; • Other routine portfolio-related tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Active OAB/SP registration (São Paulo Bar Association); • Law degree (undergraduate complete); postgraduate degree in the practice area preferred; • Knowledge of Consumer Law and Civil Law; • Experience with Civil Procedure (mandatory); • Strong writing and analytical reasoning skills; • Ability to work well in a team; • Good communication skills and professional demeanor; • Ability to handle large volumes of work and urgent demands; • Oral and written communication skills; • Sense of urgency; • Regular attendance and reliability.
