📋 Description

• Primary focus on tax advisory in multidisciplinary estate and succession planning projects for individuals and multijurisdictional families. • Structuring and tax and social security analysis of long-term incentive plans based on equity and other executive compensation instruments.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (LL.B., J.D., or equivalent); • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); • Advanced/Fluent English; • Experience at law firms advising individual clients;
