📋 Description

• Negotiate receivables and debts with a focus on credit recovery. • File and pursue legal actions for credit recovery. • Manage credit recovery cases through to their conclusion. • Complete and update case management systems. • Prepare reports and email communications. • Use Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in the performance of tasks. • Maintain contact with clients, providing support and handling case-related matters. • Attend hearings. • Participate in negotiation campaigns and concentrated negotiation initiatives. • Perform other duties related to credit recovery as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree with active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association). • Postgraduate degree is a plus. • Intermediate or higher proficiency in English. • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. • Experience using software/systems (e.g., case management systems). • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools. • Proactive. • Quick thinking and strong analytical skills. • Astute profile. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Good verbal communication and a professional demeanor appropriate for negotiations.
