📋 Description

• Ensure the legal compliance of corporate contracts by drafting, reviewing and negotiating contractual instruments that provide legal certainty and mitigate risks; • Support internal departments in formalizing agreements by analyzing clauses, deadlines and obligations, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and applicable law; • Contribute to the mitigation of legal risks by assessing contractual scenarios and proposing alternative solutions that reduce legal and financial exposure; • Support the contract lifecycle by monitoring deadlines, renewals and obligations, ensuring commitments are met; • Ensure regulatory compliance of contracts by observing ANATEL rules, LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) and other legislation applicable to the telecommunications sector; • Contribute to the improvement of internal contractual governance processes by standardizing templates and implementing legal best practices;

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent); • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); • Postgraduate degree or courses in Corporate Law or Contract Law preferred; • 4 to 6 years of professional experience; • Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating corporate contracts in a business environment; • Experience managing the contract lifecycle, analyzing legal risks and interacting with Procurement, Commercial and Operations teams; • Prior experience in regulated companies, especially in the telecommunications sector, is desirable.
