📋 Description

• Manage a caseload of strategic lawsuits involving fraud and sensitive matters related to the contracting of health insurance plans • Conduct procedural analyses at all stages, ensuring a technical, strategic and thorough approach • Develop litigation strategies and closely monitor case developments • Handle court orders, deliver oral arguments, and attend evidentiary hearings • Perform daily monitoring of publications and deadlines, maintaining strict controls and providing timely updates to the client • Produce reports and legal opinions focused on decision-making, noting that many cases are followed directly by the client's senior management • Act on the claimant side of matters, managing cases with autonomy, responsibility and strategic vision.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as an attorney in strategic civil litigation • Proven experience handling complex, high-impact cases • Excellent analytical skills, organizational ability and attention to detail • Proactive profile, strong sense of priorities and good client communication skills • Experience in supplementary health (private health insurance) is a plus
