📋 Description

• Create compelling, well-matched job descriptions for clients • Manage the entire candidate communication process, including screening, interview scheduling, and initial phone interviews or pitch calls • Develop and implement recruiting and job-posting strategies • Identify and approach suitable candidates as part of active search • Lead independent recruiting projects and prepare project materials and documentation • Conduct workshops and training sessions for hiring managers and recruiters

🎯 Requirements

• Outstanding university degree in business administration, psychology, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in a startup or dynamic corporate environment, working in recruiting, HR, or project management roles • Structured, solution-oriented, and process-driven approach, combined with strong organizational skills and empathy • Extensive experience with recruiting software, ideally including current AI solutions, LinkedIn, and Personio • Excellent command of MS Office and, ideally, Google Docs and other Google Workspace productivity tools • Fluent in English, German, and French • Based and working in Switzerland, with the required residence and work permits
