📋 Description

• Design, evaluate, and elevate learning experiences for incarcerated individuals • Screen and review incoming content submissions • Conduct regular content catalog audits • Support with partner content upload • Evaluate, classify, and tag content • Supervise and quality-review work produced by contractors • Design and develop original course content • Evaluate content quality using Edovo’s rubrics • Provide consultative professional services to content partners • Consult with product managers and designers • Apply trauma-informed and adult learning principles

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of instructional design experience • Genuine passion for Edovo’s mission • Deep fluency in adult learning theory • Experience working in a consultative capacity • Excellent written communication skills • Ability to assess content for instructional quality • Strong independent prioritization across multiple projects • Genuine curiosity about AI-assisted tools • Collaborative problem-solver • A builder’s mindset
