📋 Description

• Responsibility for the technical and structural feasibility assessment of new charging park sites prior to acquisition or final lease • Preparation of preliminary designs following a HOAI-aligned LPH 1/2 logic • Evaluation of structural boundary conditions such as site access/infrastructure, swept-paths, drainage, topography and site/layout logic • Technical support for grid connection requests and assessment of potential connection options • Preparation of cost estimates based on the preliminary design • Early identification of permitting risks and technical conflicts/trade-offs

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in civil engineering, infrastructure or heavy civil planning, architecture with an infrastructure focus, or equivalent qualification • Several years of experience in preliminary planning, feasibility assessments or technical project development in the area of charging parks • Ability to independently produce technical preliminary designs and layout sketches • Strong understanding of site development, civil engineering, traffic areas and structural and technical feasibility • Experience managing external electrical, civil engineering and specialist planners/consultants • Willingness to conduct regular site visits together with the Commercial Team
