📋 Description

• You are responsible for the commercial management of projects in the field of construction logistics, including commercial contract review and administration. • You are responsible for project accounting (individual invoices, cumulative progress/advance invoices) in coordination with the client and project manager, as well as project controlling including post-calculation. • You communicate with clients and suppliers/subcontractors and provide advice on all commercial matters. • You handle complaints within change order and claims management and perform vendor invoice verification and accounting coding. • In addition, you support cost accounting for monthly and annual closings and the preparation of measurements and verification of performance.

🎯 Requirements

• You have completed commercial vocational training, a degree in business administration, or an equivalent qualification and ideally have already gained initial experience in project business. • You have good knowledge of MS Office programs. • Prior experience with RIB iTWO 4.0 and SAP is an advantage but not required. • Your willingness to contribute, self-initiative and strong sense of responsibility distinguish you. • A high level of reliability and good communication skills are a matter of course for you. • You enjoy working in a team and your colleagues can always rely on you. • You are highly organized and demonstrate decisive decision-making and strong negotiation skills.
