📋 Description

• Operational management of a three-person design team • Functional and disciplinary leadership, as well as the ongoing development of the design team • Serving as the interface with the Creative Directors • Translating the Creative Direction into consistent execution across relevant touchpoints • Maintaining an overview of ongoing projects, capacities, and deadlines • Proactive resource planning and on-time delivery • Receiving and distributing briefs from Creative Direction, Marketing, and other departments • Hands-on design of packaging, ads, social media content, newsletters, webshop and other digital assets • Responsibility for, and coordination of, 3D graphics and renderings, as well as print and POS materials • Ensuring clean, production-ready print files • Integrating AI and automation into design processes • Further developing templates, visual systems, asset structures, and workflows to improve quality, speed, and scalability

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in brand, visual, or packaging design, along with a strong portfolio • Experience leading and developing employees • Extensive experience in packaging design • Proven ability to create production-ready print files • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, as well as Figma • Strong affinity for AI and practical experience with Claude and other relevant AI tools; experience with automated workflows is a plus • Hands-on mentality and initiative • Ability to manage projects and priorities in a structured manner • Strong creative ideas of your own • Ability to work closely with a Creative Director and consistently implement overarching Creative Direction • Very good German language skills, at least C1 level • Willingness to work full-time, 40 hours per week over 5 days; a minimum of 35 hours per week is possible
