📋 Description

• Lead and professionally and disciplinarily develop the three-person design team • Ensure clear priorities, efficient processes, and a high standard of design quality • Act as the interface with the Creative Directors • Translate the overarching Creative Direction into consistent execution across relevant touchpoints • Maintain an overview of ongoing projects, team capacity, and deadlines • Plan resources proactively and ensure on-time delivery • Receive briefings from Creative Direction, Marketing, and other departments • Allocate tasks according to team members’ strengths and workloads • Design packaging, ads, social media, newsletter, webshop, and other digital assets hands-on when needed • Own or coordinate 3D graphics and renderings, as well as print and POS materials • Ensure clean, production-ready print files • Integrate AI and automation into design processes • Further develop templates, visual systems, asset structures, and workflows to improve quality, speed, and scalability

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in brand, visual, or packaging design, along with a strong portfolio • Experience leading and developing employees • Extensive experience in packaging design • Proficiency in creating production-ready print files • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, as well as Figma • Strong affinity for AI and practical experience with Claude and other relevant AI tools • Experience with automated workflows is a plus • Hands-on mentality, initiative, and the ability to manage projects and priorities in a structured manner • Strong creative ideas and the ability to work closely with a Creative Director and consistently implement an overarching Creative Direction • Very good German language skills, at least C1 level • Willingness to work full time, 40 hours per week across 5 days, or at least 35 hours per week
