📋 Description
• Develop corporate tie-ups and ensure placement opportunities for engineering students • Coordinate with companies for campus drives and recruitment processes • Organize training programs to enhance student employability • Prepare placement statistics and submit reports to management • Ensure smooth coordination between students, faculty, and recruiters • Travel occasionally to the main campus as required
🎯 Requirements
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, HR, or related field • Prior experience in Training & Placement at an Engineering College/Institute (mandatory) • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
