📋 Description

• Own the design and development of high-impact learning experiences that drive sales productivity, channel partner performance, and revenue growth • Design strategic enablement programs for Sophos sellers, channel partners, and customer-facing roles aligned to go-to-market priorities • Rapidly develop content using AI-powered tools and modern design methodologies, including simulations, adaptive learning, microlearning, and scenario-based learning • Partner with global Sales, Channel, Product, and go-to-market stakeholders to translate complex solutions into learner-centered experiences • Manage instructional design projects from intake through launch, including timelines, deliverables, and quality across workstreams • Serve as a subject matter expert on instructional design best practices, adult learning theory, and technology-enhanced learning • Contribute to configuration and use of LMS/LXP platforms • Apply data, feedback, and performance metrics to continuously improve learning experiences • Develop and enhance AI-enabled instructional design operating models and workflows • Use generative AI and prompt-driven workflows to build courses, simulations, assessments, job aids, and facilitator guides with human quality review • Design AI-supported practice and coaching experiences such as AI role-play and conversational simulations • Create repeatable processes to transform SME input, product documentation, and recordings into learner-ready materials • Collaborate with product, sales, and go-to-market stakeholders across regions as part of a global enablement team

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in instructional design in the technical and sales enablement spaces • Deep experience in B2B technology or cybersecurity environments, ideally with complex product portfolios • Comfort with AI-powered authoring tools and development of AI-supported practice and coaching experiences • Practical AI fluency, including generative AI tools, prompt design, and content transformation workflows • Ability to design AI-assisted learning content and workflows balancing speed, personalization, accuracy, governance, and human judgment • Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects across global teams • Experience with LMS and LXP platforms • Understanding of enablement metrics such as time to productivity, deal velocity, and content engagement • Knowledge of adult learning theory, performance consulting, and instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE or SAM • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project leadership skills • Flexible, critical-thinking mindset with a bias toward action and innovation • Legal authorization to work in India without employer sponsorship • Preferred: familiarity with channel enablement programs in cybersecurity • Preferred: experience designing for diverse global audiences, including localization workflows • Preferred: experience applying AI-assisted learning, content operations, or authoring tools at scale • Preferred: familiarity with governance practices for AI-assisted content • Preferred: project management experience with Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent • Preferred: experience with Docebo, Mindtickle, Seismic, HubSpot, or equivalent LMS platforms
