• Identify and source high-quality candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, HR Navigator, Apollo, and other recruitment tools. • Conduct and employ targeted strategies for headhunting ,mid-to-senior level roles across functions. • Engage in active sourcing, including cold outreach, passive candidate engagement, and network tapping. • Screen, interview, and evaluate potential hires against role specifications. • Maintain and update candidate pipelines and tracking systems. • Collaborate with senior managers to understand role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles. • Execute recruitment strategies tailored to the EdTech sector and consultancy-driven hiring mandates. • Work independently and meet hiring targets within defined timelines in a remote working setup. • Maintains a healthy network of Clients and candidates. • Handle end to end Recruitment cycle,a must. Shall be able to form SOP.
• 5–10 years of proven headhunting/recruitment experience, preferably in EdTech and/or HR consultancy. • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, HR Navigator, Apollo, and similar sourcing tools/platforms. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Experience conducting interviews and assessing candidate suitability across a variety of roles. • Ability to manage multiple positions and deliver under tight deadlines in a remote environment. • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong understanding of Indian employment practices and hiring trends. • Prior experience working in a remote recruitment setup. • Understanding of the talent landscape in the education or EdTech sector. • Immediate Joiner is preferred.
