📋 Description

• You run the Amazon shop like your own business: strategic, data-driven and hands-on. • Full strategic and operational responsibility (DACH & UK, additional markets to follow): you manage performance KPIs and continuously pursue profitable growth initiatives. • Account & catalog at top level: you structure the product catalog, maintain clean variation management and keep account health uncompromisingly in the green. • Maximize visibility & conversion: you drive organic and PDP optimization rigorously through A/B tests with A+ Content as well as image and copy production. • Deals & revenue peaks: you plan and execute promotions and major seasonal moments from forecasting through retro analysis. • Ensure availability: close coordination with the supply-chain team for optimal product availability and inventory planning. • Amazon Ads: you manage the collaboration with our Amazon Ads agency and establish frameworks and guardrails. • Make impact visible: you build regular performance reports, derive concrete recommendations for action and turn your learnings into best practices for the whole team.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, managing marketplace operations and Amazon Ads. • Proven track record: you have actively taken shop performance to the next level—demonstrable through revenue growth or improved profitability. • Highly self-organized: you take initiative, document thoroughly and keep stakeholders proactively informed. • AI fluency: you use AI tools naturally in daily work for content, analysis and speed. • Entrepreneurial mindset: you want to grow, think in outcomes rather than presence and fit an output-oriented startup culture. • Business-fluent in German and English (C1+). • Nice to have: previous experience in the Toys, Kids or Family category.
