📋 Description

• You will lead our activities at the onshore station in our HVDC project Ostwind 4 near Greifswald. • You are our on-site representative, the local point of contact for our customer, and you coordinate your site team as well as our subcontractors for civil and installation works. • Mobilization: Coordinate the mobilization of site personnel together with internal departments and subcontractors, and plan the site setup. • Health & Safety: Plan and coordinate all on-site work in compliance with applicable occupational health, environmental and safety regulations. • Site management: Lead all site activities, including the supervision of subcontractors in civil and installation works. • Control & Reporting: Monitor quality, costs and schedules during construction execution and provide appropriate reporting to project management. • Opportunities & Risks: Identify and manage risks and opportunities related to site activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering with several years of professional experience. • Experience as a site manager in substation projects or comparable projects, e.g., oil & gas, power plants, or in the installation of high-voltage components is desirable. • Strong awareness of health and safety (EHS) according to international standards; the ability to identify and stop unsafe work is required. • Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills, very good organizational skills and the ability to report clearly. • Lean mindset: open to further training, new tools and continuous improvement. • Willingness to travel within Germany. • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken. • Driving license class B.
