📋 Description

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned clients • Act as a trusted advisor on people strategy, compliance, and employee relations • Translate client business goals into practical HR recommendations aligned with organizational culture and risk tolerance • Advise on recruiting practices, onboarding processes, job design, and workforce planning • Provide guidance on performance management, corrective action, and employee relations matters • Support termination decisions, documentation, and risk mitigation consistent with applicable laws • Partner with internal payroll, benefits, and HR operations teams to ensure accurate execution of HR programs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • Active HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRMCP, or SHRMSCP) required • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations, compliance, and policy development • Demonstrated experience in a strategic HR partner role • Strong working knowledge of multistate employment laws and HR best practices • Prior work in a PEO, ASO, or managed services environment preferred
