📋 Description

• Assist in the development and execution of strategic efforts around M&A, capital markets, special projects, organic growth opportunities and business development • Work directly with the Managers and Directors of Corporate Development in identifying and prioritizing strategic initiatives • Research and analyze high priority strategic markets • Collaborate in all phases of M&A execution including diligence, business case creation, financial modeling, and integration • Prepare board and/or executive level strategic and financial presentations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred • Minimum 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate development, or transaction services • Direct experience supporting M&A execution, including diligence, financial modeling, and deal analysis • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills • Ability to work cross-functionally and independently in a fast-paced environment
