📋 Description
• Provides product support for the National Electronic Disease Surveillance System (NBS) • Supports implementation, configuration, training, and ongoing product support • Liaison between public health programs, end users, and technical teams • Deliver end-user support, technical assistance, and troubleshooting
🎯 Requirements
• Master’s degree in public health or other health science field and 4 years of relevant work experience or Bachelor’s degree in public health or other health science field and 6 years of relevant work experience • Experience with public health surveillance systems • Effective communication with technical teams and public health professionals • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
