📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact within the business unit for the assigned territory and/or customer base • Utilize understanding of hemodynamic monitoring and/or cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to Edwards medical products • Build and manage strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and other influencers • Expand the network in the assigned region and strengthen Edwards positioning in the market • Influence buying decisions with new or existing customers using creativity, tact, and diplomacy • Develop and close new business opportunities • Identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets • Develop and execute an annual plan to achieve regional objectives • Perform other incidental duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in related field • Solid knowledge of progressive sales experience • Medical devices industry knowledge • Full knowledge of the strengths and limitations of own products and competitor products • Deeper understanding of own business, medical devices industry and selling environment of own region • Full knowledge of customer organizations and how market environment impacts customers • Full understanding of hemodynamic monitoring and/or cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to EW medical products • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment • Strict attention to detail • Understanding of customer needs, feedback and objections • Ability to explain products to influence customer perception of value • Ability to utilize creativity and influencing skills with customers using tact and diplomacy • Ability to adhere to company rules and Environmental Health & Safety requirements
