📋 Description

• Design and implement integrations between SuccessFactors, SAP, and third-party systems • Develop and support integrations using SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration (CPI) • Deliver SAP Business Integration Builder (BIB) implementations • Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across project and AMS environments • Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders • Provide technical guidance and contribute to integration standards and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors integrations • Strong hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite / CPI • Experience with SAP Business Integration Builder (BIB) implementations • Good understanding of integration concepts, mappings, monitoring, and troubleshooting • Good communication and client-facing skills • Fluency in English • Experience with ECP technical setup (nice to have)
