• Lead cross-functional, EMEA-wide project or program teams, overseeing the full project lifecycle. • Own project planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery in line with project management methodology and client expectations. • Coordinate diverse teams across EMEA to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. • Drive completion of all deliverables, including project plans, budgets, testing, implementation, and handover to business-as-usual (BAU). • Manage project scope, schedule, quality, risks, and issues. • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, particularly in HR Transformation projects powered by SuccessFactors. • Resource projects effectively from initiation to completion, balancing delivery needs with financial constraints.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent • 8+ years of international consulting experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) • 5+ years of experience managing a professional services team or organization • 4+ years of experience leading SuccessFactors projects (Payroll & Time Management) • A consultant mindset - ability to build relationships and work effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels • Proven track record in project management and participation in steering committees at senior levels within large organizations. • Project Management certification(s) highly valued. • Fluency in English, both spoken and written. • Fluency in German, both spoken and written, is a very big plus.
