📋 Description

• Carry out design studies: regulatory calculations such as RTex, RE2020, LCA (ACV) • Conduct a variety of studies: whole-life cost analysis, daylight factor, comfort studies, STD/SED, Tertiary Decree compliance, climate change adaptation studies, etc. • Prepare written project documentation at all design stages (competition, APD - Detailed Preliminary Design, PRO - Project Design, DCE - Tender Documentation) and during construction • Support clients and project teams in defining environmental objectives and raising awareness of sustainable building design • Communicate internally and externally to collect input data • Present study results and defend design choices to stakeholders • Attend sites for coordination and quality control of contractor works

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac+5), engineering degree or Master 2 with 5 to 10 years’ experience in the construction sector • Experience with numerical simulation tools (ideally RE2020/STD on Pléiades and LCA on Emersus) • Strong written and interpersonal skills to contribute effectively to project teams • Interest in architectural design and sustainable development • Autonomy and rigor • Creativity and curiosity to develop innovative solutions • Proficiency in: commissioning (CBCP certification), measurement and verification (IPMVP protocol), energy consumption monitoring and performance commitments, CFD calculations, fundamentals of HVAC, construction materials, dew point calculations, indoor air quality (IAQ), etc. • English language skills preferred
