📋 Description

• Identify, prospect for, and secure new business • Be proactive in proposing solutions to address clients' challenges • Participate in recruiting new team members • Manage and retain consultants assigned to client sites • Manage the client relationship throughout the entire sales process • Maintain accurate sales activity tracking • Provide sales reporting to your manager

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in an IT services company (ESN) • Proactive with a strong ability to propose solutions • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset • Passion for the role and strong commercial drive • Managerial skills to support employees' career development
