📋 Description

• Manage and lead the projects assigned to you (studies, full design responsibility/project management, and construction supervision) • Lead and participate in the production of design studies • Ensure site supervision and follow-up of construction work • Manage the human resources deployed for your assignments • Coordinate and manage the design office's technical partners and external consultants • Carry out VRD (roads and utilities) design studies • Prepare the VRD technical specifications (CCTP) • Estimate and design stormwater management • Liaise with utility providers and concessionaires • Analyze contractors' bids and proposals • Supervise construction sites, including review and approval (visa) of contractors' studies/drawings • Participate in project handover and final acceptance of works • Ability to produce technical drawings is a plus

🎯 Requirements

• Hold a Master's degree (BAC +5 equivalent) • Engineering degree from a recognized school (ENTPE, Mines, Centrale, ESTP, INSA, etc.) • Master's-level specialization in infrastructure or urban development • Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in a similar role • Comfortable working in a team with strong analytical and synthesis skills • Ideally familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Familiarity with software such as AUTOCAD / COVADIS / MENSURA
