📋 Description

• Handle a high volume, blended mix of outbound and inbound customer interactions • Follow scripts and compliance protocols • Transfer customers to the appropriate licensed advisor • Document customer interactions accurately • Educate customers about eHealth’s services • Meet monthly performance goals • Support various outbound call campaigns (appointments, plan changes, retention, etc.) • Remain flexible with day-to-day duties and responsibilities based on business needs and department goals • Demonstrate eHealth’s values in your behaviors, practices, and decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service or sales experience (call center preferred) • Inbound and outbound call center experience preferred • Strong communication skills (oral and written) • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet tools • Intermediate typing skills at minimum • Passion for helping others • Detail-oriented individual eager to learn and grow • Required internet speed of 50Mbps download and 15Mbps upload (no satellite or 5G-based internet)
