• You proactively manage both existing and new customers with the aim of building long-term partnerships • You are responsible for your own customer portfolio and ensure optimal utilization of our services as well as the expansion of our product offerings • You actively strengthen customer loyalty and make a significant contribution to customer satisfaction • You work closely with the teams from Sales, IT and Customer Service — together you ensure smooth processes and strong results • You independently take on projects and contribute your ideas
• Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration • At least three years of professional experience as an Account Manager — ideally in the business travel industry • Solid experience in managing B2B customers — preferably with more complex requirements • Strong negotiation skills, an independent and detail-oriented working style, and excellent communication skills • Team player with a sense of responsibility and the ability to perform under pressure • Confident user of Office software and a strong affinity for digital tools and new systems • Business-fluent German and fluent English, both spoken and written.
