📋 Description

• Manages the client engagement team through all phases of a project • Prepares court documents necessary for the fulfillment of court appointed role • Maintains data integrity of notice lists • Exhibits excellent client service skills • Supports business development activities • Builds and maintains a growth pipeline • Serves as one of the firm’s primary contacts with the client • May be required to work extended hours, or travel to/work from different firm offices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 5+ years of related bankruptcy noticing and solicitation of claims process experience • 2+ years in a management or supervisory role • Experience working with key bankruptcy stakeholders in the noticing and soliciting of bankruptcy claims • Juris Doctorate or L.L.M. in Bankruptcy Law preferred • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in business and technical environments • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, innovative, and continuously changing environment • High degree of professionalism including the ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality • Computer literate with intermediate or advanced level in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
