📋 Description

• Serve as EIT Health’s central point of contact for the Central region and bring together EIT Health, members and relevant actors of the healthcare innovation ecosystems • Actively shape collaboration across the region and analyze regional opportunities, challenges and developments • Act as the regional expert and first point of contact for regional topics • Incorporate mechanisms, priorities and support offerings for health innovations into EIT Health’s planning and programme portfolio • Increase the visibility of EIT Health’s programme portfolio, activities and impact across the region • Promote and showcase EIT Health members’ contributions to healthcare innovation • Identify and negotiate opportunities for participation in regionally led activities together with New Business Development • Support and advise regional EIT Health members on access to EIT Health, EU and regionally funded programmes • Represent EIT Health in the region and provide functional and disciplinary leadership to assigned team members and virtual teams • Foster collaboration between EIT Health, regional members and other actors within the health ecosystem • Support the Head of Ecosystem Management in member care • Keep membership lists, contact details and engagement records up to date across regions and locations • Identify, document and publicise regional successes and impact contributions via EIT Health communication channels • Expand regional activities and EIT Health’s presence in the region • Undertake regular travel within the region

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 to 10 years of relevant professional experience • Experience working with senior-level stakeholders • Strong network within the healthcare innovation ecosystem • Experience in business development, member acquisition and key account management, ideally in a membership-based organisation • Solid knowledge of and practical experience in at least one national healthcare innovation ecosystem, preferably Germany, Austria or the Netherlands • Knowledge of relevant funding landscapes at regional and EU level • Understanding of the processes and dynamics of healthcare innovation • Ability to identify and strategically leverage synergies and opportunities • Residence in the Munich area or southern Germany • Fluent German and English
