📋 Description

• You develop and own the strategy for both B2C and B2B — with a clear focus on growth, brand and performance. • You manage the full channel mix and get the most out of each channel. • You sharpen messaging, differentiation and brand leadership — so we build not only performance but also relevance. • You optimize the end-to-end user journey and turn traffic into real customers. • You always think about marketing with business impact and derive clear actions from data. • You spot new opportunities and actively help shape offer structures. • Close collaboration with Product, Sales and Management — short communication lines, fast decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in performance and growth marketing • Proven track record in rapidly scaling digital business models • Comfortable with budget responsibility and KPI management • Strategic thinking combined with operational excellence • Experience building affiliate programs and partner management • Strong understanding of UX and conversion optimization • You think in business cases and growth scenarios
