⢠Tracking & infrastructure: Build and operate a server-side tracking setup (sGTM) ⢠Further develop the GA4 implementation including complete event tracking and conversion measurement ⢠Ensure clean, privacy-compliant data pipelines as the basis for all marketing decisions ⢠Independently set up and run paid channels across the entire funnel (TOFU / MOFU / BOFU) ⢠Cross-channel management of search, social, display, native, programmatic, audio and other paid channels ⢠Retargeting strategies across multiple networks and time windows ⢠Budget allocation and continuous optimization based on CAC, ROAS and conversion rate ⢠Build a centralized, cloud-based marketing dashboard ⢠Weekly reporting on a daily basis per traffic source ⢠Define and monitor KPIs at business, performance and growth levels (LTV, ARPU, AMPU, CPA) ⢠Prepare infrastructure for future B2B marketing including account-based marketing ⢠Close collaboration with Content, BizDev and executive management
⢠5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in a growth-oriented environment (startup, scale-up or agency with direct client contact) ⢠Proven experience building and scaling performance funnels across multiple channels ⢠Deep understanding of paid search and paid social with solid knowledge of additional paid channels (e.g., display, native, programmatic, audio, etc.) ⢠Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager; server-side tracking (sGTM) is mandatory ⢠Solid GA4 knowledge including event tracking, conversion measurement and data privacy compliance (GDPR, consent management) ⢠Experience with BI and reporting tools (e.g., Looker Studio) ⢠Experience with B2B marketing and account-based marketing ⢠Analytical mindset, structured working style and clear ownership mentality
