• Paid Ads management on LinkedIn and Meta. • Build, launch and optimize campaigns from scratch on a daily basis. • CPL, CTR, ROAS and CPA are your primary KPIs. • Segment and refine audiences and targeting. • Manage budgets, plan frontloading and calculate bidding strategies. • Conduct weekly ad-account reviews with the team. • Perform ad copy and creative testing.
• At least 4 years of marketing experience with a strong focus on Paid Ads on LinkedIn or Meta. • Have launched campaigns yourself — not just reviewed reports. • Understand why a lead might cost €80 instead of €8. • Treat metrics as tools to drive decisions, not as decoration. • Work in a structured way and make data-driven decisions. • Be uncomfortable when assumptions remain untested. • Eagerness to dive deep into the ad platforms. • Bonus: Experience with HubSpot, Lemlist, Clay or automations via Zapier.
