🎯 Requirements

• Full-stack skill set: copywriting + Meta Ads + funnel building + webinar mechanics — not just one of these, but all • Direct-response DNA: you’ve read Hormozi, Halbert, Suby, Fladlien, or at least can explain why performance beats brand • Operational independence: you don’t need a project manager — you get a goal and deliver • Data-driven: you argue with CPL, CPA, show-up rate, close rate — not with gut feeling • German language proficiency at native level (C2) in written and spoken communication for B2B healthcare messaging
