📋 Description
• Provide technical support for our cloud and on-premise clients • Participate in customer calls to analyze installation and operational issues • Reproduce technical issues in test environments • Work closely with product and development teams — you are the voice of our customers • Convey customer feedback to help improve our products
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken) • Experience supporting Linux and open-source software (OSS) • Understanding of web technologies and client-server architecture • Strong willingness to learn and the ability to quickly get up to speed on new technical topics • **Nice to have:** • Scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, or Rust) • Knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, Ansible, and SQL • Experience with Matrix
