📋 Description

• Establish program enrollment for new and existing clients to enable billing with an elevated level of accuracy • Analyze and execute enrollment changes accurately for a portfolio of customers as client enrollment needs change • Participate in focused projects to adjust enrollment as programs are created or evolve • Process enrollment requests and correct enrollment errors • Provide product-specific support and act as SME for product alignment • Collaborate with product areas on setup details and program changes • Execute and support inter/intradepartmental projects, including onboarding training • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent experience • Works well within a team and individually • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills • Ability to give attention to detail and prioritize work • Resourceful; able to research, resolve problems and make independent judgments • Ability to communicate effectively to internal stakeholders • Highly organized and deadline driven • Candidates must be willing to comply with a pre-employment background check
