📋 Description
• Build and lead the team responsible for obtaining clients’ medical records • Write the SOPs, set the standards, run the team day to day • Own the metrics such as turnaround, completion, and accuracy across active cases • Partner with Chief Legal Officer and Chief People Officer for staffing and scaling • Step in directly on tough retrievals and ensure record retrieval efficiency
