• Contract Management & Customer Outreach • Maintain and manage the company’s master contract audit database. • Identify active customers with unsigned, expired, or missing agreements. • Conduct daily outreach via phone and email to obtain signed agreements. • Utilize approved scripts, templates, and communication workflows. • Track contract completion progress and maintain performance scoreboards. • Document all customer interactions and contract statuses within Salesforce. • Manage DocuSign workflows related to account ownership transfers. • Ensure agreements are properly executed, filed, and recorded. • Upload finalized documents to Google Drive and update Salesforce records. • Coordinate with Sales and Field Service teams to ensure contract completion during account setup. • Serve as the first point of contact for routine contract-related inquiries. • Answer questions regarding contract terms, renewals, rates, and standard agreement provisions. • Follow established SOPs and escalation procedures. • Escalate complex or high-risk matters to leadership when appropriate. • Monitor contract execution status, renewals, and pending signatures. • Maintain organized digital contract records and account folders. • Ensure Salesforce data remains accurate and up-to-date. • Properly categorize accounts to support reporting, audits, and operational planning. • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Field Service teams to resolve account issues. • Support leadership with contract reporting and data accuracy initiatives. • Assist with integrating contracts and records from acquired businesses. • Participate in outbound collections activities for past-due accounts. • Document all outreach efforts and outcomes within Salesforce. • Support the transition of collections responsibilities to the Receivables team as processes mature.
• Proven experience in contract administration, account management, customer success, or a similarly detail-driven administrative role. • Strong written and verbal English communication skills. • Experience managing large volumes of documentation with a high degree of accuracy. • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and take ownership of processes from start to finish. • Excellent judgment regarding when to resolve issues independently and when to escalate. • Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM system. • Experience with DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms. • Strong organizational and documentation skills. • Coachable, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement. • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments.
• Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently. • Payments: All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you. • Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
