📋 Description
• Act as a strategic thought partner to the India GM, pressure-testing plans and supporting execution • Scope and build the case for new growth bets across segments, channels, or motions • Identify where India GTM is under-indexed and turn market and competitive signals into plans • Own end-to-end execution of key growth initiatives through measurable outcomes • Coordinate India-specific initiatives across Legal, Marketing, and Product • Track India business KPIs and OKRs and surface issues proactively • Identify and resolve operational problems before escalation • Use AI tools to automate, streamline, and multiply impact • Handle sensitive matters discreetly and act as a trusted partner across the organization
🎯 Requirements
• Low ego, high ownership, and willingness to handle any task • Smart, structured, and practical with genuine commercial instincts • Track record of owning a growth initiative end-to-end and achieving a measurable result • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and turning vague growth theses into scoped plans with owners and timelines • Passion for AI • Prior experience in consulting, strategy & operations, or a high-growth startup GTM environment
