📋 Description

• Unlock the full potential of ElevenLabs' voice AI platform for enterprise customers • Scale technical solutions efficiently across many enterprise customers • Improve internal processes and support sales teams • Collaborate with Account Executives on the technical aspects of the sales process • Work with technical contacts at customers and prospects to provide bespoke support and architect solutions • Create technical demonstrations communicating the product value proposition • Develop technical enablement resources for the sales team • Build self-service tools and documentation for independent customer implementation • Identify common integration patterns or features to productize • Partner with product teams to implement productized integrations and features • Travel regularly to customer onsites

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products • Enjoy working directly with customers, iterating on solutions, and providing tailored support • Talent for identifying patterns that can be standardized and scaled • Strong empathy for customers, sales, and product teams • Strong technical background for architecting integrations between ElevenLabs solutions and existing customer solutions • Experience working with customers, including through student clubs or side projects • Proficiency in Python • Deep understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns • Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt messaging to different audiences • Fluency in English and Portuguese • Deep understanding of regional and cultural nuances • Candidate should preferably be based in São Paulo, Brazil • Must be based in Brazil
