📋 Description

• Work with technical and project teams to deliver reporting solutions on Oracle cloud platforms • Develop custom solutions using BIP and OTBI reports • Gather and analyze reporting requirements from HR and business stakeholders • Design and develop reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher • Build custom data models using SQL and create RTF and Excel templates • Create and configure OTBI analyses, subject area queries, and dashboards • Develop reports for Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent, Compensation, and Benefits • Optimize report performance and troubleshoot data and logic issues • Support unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production issues • Prepare technical specifications, test cases, and user documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in BI Publisher (BIP): data models, templates, bursting, and scheduling • Strong hands-on experience in OTBI: subject areas, analyses, and dashboards • Good knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM data model and tables • Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills • Experience with HCM Extracts • Understanding of Fusion security, roles, and data access • Good communication and documentation skills
