âą Plan, supervise and coordinate designated key accounts and all their relevant New Units/ New Apparatus sales activities âą Meet or exceed the regional annual booking quota âą Generate strategy and communicate it across the company âą Manage risks relating to contracts with customers âą Regular review of market changes and dynamics âą Visit customers regularly to develop relationships âą Provide reports & status updates to EMA Sales & Regional Director
âą Minimum Bachelorâs engineering degree or equivalent technical degree âą MBA preferable âą Knowledge of rotating equipment fundamentals âą Prior experience in selling high value custom products âą A solid track record for demonstrating leadership, communication, presentation, and human relation skills âą Excellent negotiation skills âą Strong understanding of commercial and financial aspects of contracts âą Solid knowledge of market dynamics within industry âą Computer skills to include use of Microsoft Office software
