📋 Description

• As Senior IT Project Lead, you take responsibility for complex digitization, technology, and transformation projects, keeping teams, work packages, and stakeholders aligned and on track. • Together with our clients and stakeholders, you identify the core challenges and appropriate technologies, derive requirements, and translate between the business and engineering teams—bringing your workshop and facilitation skills to bear. • Based on this, you design tailored proposals and solution concepts that deliver real value for our clients. • You shape change in a structured and empathetic way, provide orientation, and strengthen team cohesion. With effective measures and clear communication, you enable a successful transition to the future working environment. • You actively design and develop processes, standards, and collaboration models, question existing approaches, and are not afraid to think differently to continuously improve our project environment. • As an experienced sparring partner, you support leaders and project teams on complex technical and organizational issues and provide advisory guidance. • As a project lead at elpix, you are driven to consistently bring projects to completion and to delight our clients.

🎯 Requirements

• You bring several years of professional experience, ideally from management consulting. • You have at least 5 years’ experience leading (large) projects (agile, traditional, hybrid) and have previously held team and budget responsibility. • You actively drive change processes with methodically sound approaches—using your toolkit selectively to develop the right approaches and solutions for different challenges. • You are proficient with tools such as M365, Jira, Confluence, Asana, or MS Project; ideally you have experience in IT project environments and keep an eye on trends to continuously evolve methods, tools, and skills. • You have an entrepreneurial mindset: you take ownership, act economically, and have the courage to make decisions—these are part of your consulting DNA. • Empathy and strong communication skills enable you to lead your team and projects to success. • You have business-fluent German (C1) and can communicate comfortably in English (B2). • You are flexible on the move: with a driver’s license (Class B) and willingness to travel depending on project needs, you support where your projects require.
