📋 Description

• Own new-hire onboarding and offboarding, including account and access provisioning, device preparation, and day-one support • Manage laptop procurement, imaging, shipping, tracking, and asset lifecycle • Provide macOS and Windows end-user support through Zendesk and resolve issues within SLA • Administer Microsoft Entra ID, including users, groups, authentication, Conditional Access, and role-based access control • Manage macOS devices in Kandji and Windows devices in Microsoft Intune, including enrollment, configuration, app deployment, and patch management • Administer Google Workspace, including user provisioning, groups, shared drives, and collaboration tools • Support SSO and SCIM provisioning across SaaS applications and troubleshoot identity and access issues • Perform basic networking tasks involving access points, switches, and routers • Support security and compliance operations, including access reviews, endpoint hardening, MFA enforcement, and SOC 2 evidence collection • Run day-to-day IT operations for the India team and contribute to company-wide IT initiatives and projects • Develop and maintain IT documentation, runbooks, and SOPs • Stay current on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to reliability, security, and efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 3+ years of hands-on IT/systems administration experience • Strong macOS and Windows troubleshooting across hardware, software, and cloud services • Proficiency administering Microsoft Entra ID, including users, groups, authentication, Conditional Access, and access control • Proficiency with Kandji MDM for macOS device management • Ability to own new-hire onboarding end to end and handle laptop shipping, imaging, and asset logistics for a distributed workforce • Strong written and verbal English communication and a habit of documenting work • Availability to overlap with other regions' working hours as needed • Exposure to SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar control frameworks is a plus • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune is a plus • Familiarity with SCIM provisioning, SSO integrations, and identity governance is a plus • Scripting or automation experience with PowerShell, Bash, or similar is a plus • Experience administering Zendesk or a comparable ITSM/ticketing platform is a plus • Relevant certifications are a plus, including Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, Google Workspace Administrator, and CompTIA Network+/Security+
