📋 Description

• Own and drive the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and performance management to development, retention, and offboarding • Conduct regular 1:1 check-ins to monitor engagement, well-being, and performance, proactively identifying and addressing risks (burnout, low performance, retention concerns) • Partner closely with Department Heads and Team Leads to strengthen team effectiveness, improve performance, and resolve complex people matters • Lead and support leadership and team development initiatives to build strong managerial capability • Analyze HR metrics and translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations • Support compensation and performance review processes, ensuring fairness, consistency, and alignment with business goal • Continuously improve and optimize HR processes, frameworks, and internal policies • Contribute to strategic HR initiatives and cross-functional projects supporting organizational growth and scaling

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Senior HR Generalist, HR Manager, HR People Partner, or in a similar HR role • Fluent English proficiency • Hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, probation, performance reviews, retention, offboarding) • Strong understanding of performance management and employee motivation principles • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively partner with managers and employees at all levels • Confidence working with HR data, metrics, and reports, with the ability to make informed decisions based on insights • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a high level of responsibility and ownership • **Nice to Have** • Coaching or mentoring experience
