📋 Description

• Own a strategic named-account portfolio including top chemical companies and global automakers. • Engage in net-new logo acquisition and strategic account expansion. • Lead consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. • Build business cases and drive pilot projects to contract closure. • Carry an annual quota of $500K new ARR.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years carrying an enterprise quota in industrial software, manufacturing analytics, MES, SPC, quality systems, or adjacent process-industry tech. • Proven track record of consistently hitting sales targets. • Experience selling into operational and quality buyers - plant managers, VPs of Manufacturing, Quality Directors, CIOs, process engineers. • Knowledge of $50M industrial procurement cycles. • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value effectively. • Disciplined in CRM (Salesforce) and accurate with sales forecasts.
