📋 Description

• Support the development of communication plans and area assessments • Identify stakeholders, target audiences, and relevant information for each audience • Support the development and updating of communication matrices and plans • Conduct interviews, research, and information gathering • Search for information in systems and prepare reports and management materials • Prepare presentations and content to disseminate information of interest to stakeholders • Monitor and summarize Petrobras news and other information relevant to target audiences • Monitor news and events of interest to external clients • Track courses, events, and other relevant initiatives while keeping the calendar up to date • Prepare and organize newsletters, management updates, executive summaries, reports, and other communication materials • Support the publication and updating of performance indicators • Keep communication channels, such as the intranet and portals, up to date • Support managers and partner teams in communicating information clearly and objectively

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communication Sciences, Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field • Experience in communication-related activities • Excellent command of Portuguese and strong writing skills • Experience developing and publishing content and performance indicators • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Knowledge of image-editing software • Strong ability to organize and synthesize information • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with managers, senior managers, and peers • Clear, objective communication tailored to different audiences • Degree in Communications (preferred) • Experience in corporate, internal, or institutional communications (preferred) • Experience preparing newsletters, executive reports, and presentations (preferred) • Experience working with digital channels, intranets, and corporate portals (preferred)
