📋 Description

• Create and continuously improve functional, regression, and exploratory test scenarios • Propose improvements even when tests have passed • Continuously review and curate existing customer journeys • Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis • Develop frontend and backend automation • Manage test data sets • Analyze metrics, logs, and observability data • Work with WhatsApp, Blip, integrations, hybrid journeys (deterministic, NLP, and LLM-based), proactive messaging, and WhatsApp Flows • Challenge assumptions, propose improvements, identify risks, and take ownership of the quality of journeys, integrations, and customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Analytical, investigative, and proactive mindset • Experience with APIs and integrations, including REST, Webhooks, and JSON • Experience with Postman, Bruno, Insomnia, or similar tools • Experience with automation using Playwright, Selenium, or similar tools • Knowledge of Python and/or JavaScript • Knowledge of SQL, queries, metrics, logs, and observability • Experience with or knowledge of Blip, Databricks, Azure DevOps, Power BI, Datadog, and Salesforce, or similar tools • Knowledge of conversational AI, including Watson, NLP, LLMs, and AI-based testing • Knowledge of hybrid chatbots combining deterministic flows, NLP, and LLMs • Previous experience as a developer is a plus • Knowledge of the WhatsApp Business API is a plus • Experience with proactive messaging, WhatsApp Flows, and integrations is a plus • Knowledge of Copilot, Kiro, and similar tools is a plus
