📋 Description

• Lead the quality area technically • Understand systems, processes and business flows • Map risks, recurring failures and critical points • Structure QA processes, routines and best practices • Define test strategies, scenarios and acceptance criteria • Execute functional, exploratory, regression and integrated tests • Perform API tests and data validations • Record evidence and document results • Identify, analyze and track defects until resolution • Interact with business, development, maintenance and vendors • Recommend tools and automation opportunities • Support the creation of quality indicators and controls • Contribute to building a quality-focused culture

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Senior QA, QA Lead or technical quality lead • Hands-on profile, available to perform tests directly • Experience with functional, regression, exploratory and integration testing • Experience with API testing • Knowledge of SQL for data validation • Ability to investigate issues and follow through until resolution • Experience documenting scenarios, evidence and acceptance criteria • Good communication with technical and business stakeholders • Autonomy to work in less structured environments • Ability to organize tasks, prioritize and propose solutions • Desirable skills: Postman or similar tool • Jira, Azure DevOps or equivalent • Cypress, Playwright or Selenium • Log analysis • CI/CD • Execution of automated tests in pipelines • Experience implementing or structuring QA processes • Experience with quality metrics, indicators and governance
